“I have been working with Mark since September 2008. My initial goal was to loose 30-50 Lbs and to be able to climb up a flight of steps in the subway without feeling winded and totally out of breath, also to be able to walk a city block without getting short of breath. Within the first 20 sessions of training with Mark I lost 20 lbs, able to run up a flight of stairs comfortably, able to walk to the entire 4 miles of Prospect Park without gasping for breath or feel like I was going to pass out.
I feel great I lost a lot of weight and it is wonderful to hear people say how great I look now that I lost so much weight. My self esteem now is at an all time high and I am so proud of my self for actually sticking to  this  and I owe it all to Mark. I am sure he does not realize how much he has motivated me. There were a lot of times when I wanted to stop going to the gym but I could always hear his voice in my head saying “you can do it, you have it in you” Now I can say Thank you Mark and I will continue the work that we have done to get here.
