Mark Izhak, Personal Trainer

For four years now, people have lost weight and sculpted their bodies with Mark Izhak. Primarily through personal training, he has changed the way people live by taking them through workout programs that improved every part of their body.

In 2009, he created Marine Park Fitness to reach out to more people.

Mark believes in methods that get results. Based on the science of how your body works, and not on exercise myths, Mark has created bootcamp programs that will get anyone in better shape.

He is currently completing a 900-hour program to become a Registered Dietitian. As an athlete, he has competed in elite bicycle races all over the northeast and ran the NYC Marathon twice.
